Gameplay Rules & Survival Mechanics

In Fish Eat Fish 3, survival is everything. You start as a small fish and must carefully navigate the ocean to eat creatures smaller than you. Each successful meal helps your fish grow bigger, allowing you to consume larger prey and expand your food chain. However, danger is always nearby—bigger fish are constantly hunting, and a single mistake can end your run.

Not all fish behave the same. Some prey are simple and easy to catch, while others are smarter and actively dodge danger. Planning your movement, positioning, and timing is essential to staying alive and growing efficiently.

In multiplayer mode, competition heats up. Each player controls a different fish, and by the end of the round, size and weight determine rankings. Along the way, you can collect sparkling rubies, which serve both as rewards and as a way to decorate and customize your underwater world.
